You can ask for a return if

✅ The item is new, not worn, and in its original condition. The item is sent back with its original packaging (if necessary). You ask for a return within 14 days of getting your order. You show proof of purchase, like an order number or receipt.

4. Costs of shipping back

We will pay for return shipping if the return is because of our mistake (wrong item sent, defective product, damaged on arrival).

The customer has to pay for return shipping if they change their mind, want a different size, or order the wrong item.

We suggest using a shipping service that lets you track your package so you can see where it is.

5. How to Get Your Money Back

We will let you know what is going on with your return once we get it and check it.

Your refund will go back to the same payment method if it is approved.

7. Items that are broken or wrong

  • Pictures of the item and its packaging
  • A short explanation of the problem
  • We will fix the problem as soon as we can by giving you: a replacement, an exchange, or a full refund.
